Office personnel is rude. The only doctor I would see there, Dr. Gordon, just left. I will find a new doctor.

Dr. Yousefian and Gordon are both great. Like other users have said the reception staff is pretty poor. The woman who takes payment and answers the phone is consistently grumpy and unfriendly. Also the automated appointment reminder system works around half the time - this is worse than having no reminder system. Once you're reliant on getting reminder calls and then they stop, you start missing appointments and getting billed for it (and no, Grumpy is not going to offer an apology when you call to explain)

Still waiting after 2 weeks and 3 phone calls for a prior authorization. Unorganized, poor communication. Dr. Gordon is awesome but the rest need to go work for McDonalds.

The staff has always been wonderful. Wait times can be long and frustrating, but there are a lot of sick people out there, and they do their best. My physician is fantastic and worth the wait.

Doctors are great, it's the support staff that's the big problem. Very rude and incompetent. Seriously, disrespectful and seem to could care less about anything.
