I just love love IHop pancakes. Love it !!! I can eat breakfast, lunch and dinner. That's how much I love their pancakes. My children love eating there also. They enjoy their waffles, harsh, and French toast. Service is good. They try to be friendly, which always help make your time there pleasant . IF you guys really like waffles fine a Waffle House , OMG best waffles I have had so far. It was in South Carolina. I believe the closes on on the northeast is in Pennsylvania.

At store #419 for breakfast 3 November 2017 at 7am. Ordered coffe and meals. After I drank from my coffee cup I looked down and it had bright red lipstick on it... now I do too!!! Then when our food arrived “Violet” said IHOP was out of fruit, and it would be a minute on pancakes. 15 minutes later still no pancakes. The couple that arrived after us got their food, and guess what! PANCAKES! I asked Violet why they got pancakes and we didn’t. She raised her voice and loudly expressed that she didn’t want them to get a partial order!!! But we did???? Hmmmmm I’d rate a negative star but that and no star isn’t an option. Good food and service????? I’ll have better luck catching a unicorn eating a 4 leaf clover under a rainbow being groomed by a leprechaun.

Waitress very rude, service was slow. Food was cold and over cooked. They walk around and don't worry about empty glasses.

The IHOP on Assembly Street is a nice place to get breakfast food in a convenient location. One of the most convenient features of this restaurant is that it is open 24 hours, so it is a good place to get late-night food. The quality of the food here is average compared to other IHOP locations. It may not be as good as nicer restaurants, but it is inexpensive and consistent. The service here is usually very fast and friendly, regardless of the time.
This location is in a convenient spot right off Assembly Street. It is easy to spot and there is ample parking behind the building and also on the street. It is very close to the Vista and the University of South Carolina.
