I DO NOT know who they had working at night on 10-31-17 but they were horrible! If I could give it NO stars I would.
1st waited for 5 mins until they finally took my order at the drive thru
2nd Didn't have things correct on the menu
3rd waited another 20 mins in the line to get my food. 2 cars behind me left. I almost left but then i finally made it to the window.
4th Guy comes to the window and tells me he doesn't have any drumsticks or wings. I'm like ok just give me breast and thighs. *side note* if i can hear you dragging your feet across the floor! You're moving to dang gone slow!!
5th slow guy dragging his feey comes back talking about we only have wings ans drums! WTH!!!! SO which is it!!!!
I JUST PULL OFF!! Worst EVER! Stay away at night!!! They lazy asl!

The wait was excruciating. It took this kid 15 minutes to take the order before me, then instead of taking my order, he asked me to wait and walked away and started preparing food. There were 2 other guys just walking around. One was a manager, the other one set a bottle of cleaning product in the food prep are and walked away from it. They ignored us so long that the guy in line behind me said “f$&k this” and left. I finally asked them if I could have a pot pie. He said, “we out”. This place is probably best avoided. I definitely won’t be returning.

I am very angry going through the drive thru. We frequent KFC weekly and I had the worse customer service in my entire life. This white girl was working the window (I am an 61 year white woman) and she didn't acknowledge any thank you or anything I said. Total silence. Other times I have been there African American girls are so polite. I even tip them because of their excellent customer service. That white girl needs and desk job not dealing with the public. She was pathetic.
