Good service. Typical Maurice's. Portions are fine. It is not the best BBQ, but some of the better in the Columbia area. The signature sauce is a sweet and tangy mustard base. Well kept location.

Perfect German style (mustard) pulled pork barbecue, among the best in South Carolina. I never miss a chance to stop here when I pass through Columbia because it's right off the Interstate at exit 111, less than ¼ mile - with easy return.

This was the absolute worst food I've ever eaten. I'm sorry. I know I sound like a jerk. But I drove 15 hrs from Tampa to escape hurricane Irma amd I was so excited to eat some real authentic delicious southern comfort food. We were all disappointed. I thought ribs were supposed to be succulent and easily fall off the bone. These were hard. The meat was hard...none of us could eat them. And I dont think it was just a bad batch. I think thats just how they make them. Not only were the ribs awful but the sauce wasn't great either. It tasted like mustard and it was green. I will say the chicken was really good but it still had that green sauce on it..We spent 70$ on food for 5 (very over priced imo) We were starving yet half went in the trash.

The food is excellent! The prices are high for individual plates. The Family pack feeds 3-4 people and is $24.99. It included bbq, some sides and rolls.

Horrible experience!
First of all, the customer service at this place is just so bad, the people there don't care about you or the food they make, they are just there for the money.
Secondly, the price to the food ratio at this place is horrible! I feel like I was totally ripped off after placing the order through drive-thru! And the food wasn't fresh either!
NEVER EVER GOING TO THIS PLACE AGAIN..I RECOMMEND YOU DON'T GO THERE EITHER!
