The customer service is horrible. Me and my wife are paying customers and we were eating I went to the restroom with our sons bottle to make his formula and the manager follows me in the restroom tells me I can't use the sink water to make his bottle, curses me and my wife and asks us to leave because I was making a bottle for our son. It's sink water! We bought our food. Makes no sense. And u can't hardly go there without people pan handling you for money Inside and outside the resteraunt.

Poor service. If you’re not going to put ketchup out for self service, why not offer it when you hand me a bag? (Would’ve preferred a tray as I was eating here.) then tell me “there’s no reaching over the counter” when there’s literally a container full, inches from me. Only one employee working counter... woman chastising me working the back counter couldn’t ask what I needed but was quick to tell me no reaching. Funny!

Night time service is extremely slow. Honestly consider driving to another location if more than 5 ppl in line. It will take the same amount of time. Seriously. 🙄

A lot of homeless around. They are really good at getting an order wrong. Machines never work. Go to the one on Gervais Street. And most of the workers are from a work release program and do not care about customer service.
