Panera Bread

I have been going to this panera since 2005, and I love it. The service is always great. The food is always fresh, and they always give a good portion size. Having gone to numerous panera across this country, I believe this is one of the best out there. I would highly recommend anyone to go this location.

I ordered online for rapid pick up. I waited about 7-10 minutes after I got there for my food. The staff were okay, but no-one asked if I needed help or if I was waiting for a pickup. They all just walked by and continued what they were doing. I wasn't greeted upon arrival. They could do a bit to improve customer service. The food was good.

Would give negative stars if I could. Waited forever to order while a million and one employees were in the back standing around. Finally when someone came they had an attitude for asking them to repeat what they mumbled. Didn't even get my order right and had to stand and wait another 5 minutes on a cashier to tell them. They then said they would have to charge me for their mistake. Food was mediocre. Badly managed. Will not waste my time again.

Decent location. Gets pretty busy around lunch but service goes quick. Food always good.

5 stars for amazing customer service. I'm an idiot and thought the Napa chicken salad was an actual salad, not a sandwich. When the young woman realized my confusion, she immediately offered to replace it with something else. I got a real salad (promptly), and then she gave me a box for the sandwich since she couldn't take it back. No extra charge and no hassle. Well done!
