If I could give a 0 rating... I would...
I did a pizza order online.... After 45 minutes i tracked my order and it showed that it was DELIVERED! 😦 but guess what... i never got the pizza!! I guess it was delivered to Casper the friendly ghost. So i called the store... Was immediately put on hold..... After being on hold for awhile.. I finally got a chance to speak to someone.... She then told me I won't get my pizza till about 45 minutes....i was at work... And by the time they deliverd... My work shift would be over.... So I cancelled....Papa Johns used to be better than this..... Im highly disappointed!

I almost wish they had a negative star system. I advised when making my order that I wanted double beef and there was no sauce on the pizza the last time I received the pizza so I wanted extra sauce. They could not get that right so I advised to please make sure they have tomato sauce on the pizza. When the pizza comes there was no sauce along with barley any beef so I called and was offered 20% and I requested they come get the pizza and replace it with a pizza that has all the ingredients. Then they advised 40% off which is still not good enough because we have 2 pizzas with no sauce. Pizza is not hard to make dough, tomato sauce, cheese, and topping. If they are low on supplies tell me instead of making those dry pizzas. I preferred Papa Johns over Pizza hut when made correctly but I don't see me going back to this location. I will be writing corporate because you cannot have a slogan of better pizza better ingredients without all of the ingredients.

Pappa John's north main served me medium 2 topping pizzas and I had to do a double take and check the box to make sure I was at the right place. Worst pizza ever. Those pizzas taste like frozen pizzas. Pizza was tasteless with no seasoning at all. Not the Pappa John's I no and love. Picked up so many pizzas in the past but this was the worst. Ate 2 slices and there all of it out.

I called to inquire about the status of a charge on my card with a professional calm voice and the first thing the supervisor says is FIRST OF ALL....listen ma'am I didn't ask you to work at Papa John's and if you are having a bad day you don't need to take it out on me. Please update your requirements on the supervisor position or offer some professionalism classes

Hey Papa John's good job on hiring some of the lowest scum on Earth! A man wrecks his car and gets out with his baby in his arm flinging it around like a rag doll and the officer asks for help and they just all stand there recording it!! Good job guys for giving yourself a good name for your people 👍👍
