We stopped by for a quick lunch and was very disappointed. After about 5 min of standing there and the ladies just chatting, we finally got to place our order. It was obvious the lady working did not want to be there. While we were waiting for sauces, we saw a roach crawl across the counter. I discreetly knocked it on the floor and stepped on it but others had already seen it. A gentleman behind us actually left. Shortly later, in the booth with us, find two more crawling up the wall. We got up and left. These were not Palmetto (water) bugs. These were German roaches. It was disgusting. Not impressed with the cleanliness nor the customer service.

I love Popeyes food, but hate the service. If you go through the drive-thru at this location, be prepared to be treated as if you are inconveniencing whoever is working. I literally get heavy sighs and eye-rolls every time I've visited - especially if I ask for sauce (SAUCE!). And I have NEVER gotten a Thank You even though I always say it first. The staff is so rude that I no longer visit this location (even though it is within 2 minutes of my house) because they make me so uncomfortable. It's really sad because Popeyes has the potential to be a great fast food chain because of its food and prices. ... but again, the service is so bad, it makes McDonalds feel like Chris Ruth's.

Walked in and was instantly greeted by staff. Ordered me a 3 piece spicy combo the lady was very nice. Was in and out in under 5 minutes great food and service
