I was a guest and I did not eat. The service was good for friends that were dinning at my table. The atompshere was relaxing and the restaurant was clean.

Nice staff. Good southern hospitality. Great light & fluffy pancakes. Sticky tableware. Would come again.

Was beyond excited to find a Shoneys that was open... Hadn't seen one in at least 10 years. Went during lunch with my husband and two children. The iced tea tasted old, the wait staff all seemed miserable and the food on the buffet was HORRIBLE. Everything tasted as if it was just taken out of a can and then microwaved. The gentleman sitting behind us said he had had better food in prison.... Ive never been but I'm guess at how bad the buffet food was... He's probably correct. I see now why these places aren't around anymore

Sorry excuse for service. I walked in immediately to the staff eating with their fingers, talking with their mouth full to customers, using profanity. Didn't wash hands, and had the nerve to act impatient when we were talking about whether we wanted to just take the food to go. I just came here from evacuating hurricane Irma and I think I might prefer the hurricane then deal with these people again. I haven't even tried the food yet and I've already lost my appetite.

We walk in with two children you would think they would give us a kids menu and crayons. NOPE! Had to get that myself. The waitress was odd. While ordering she looked at us like we were ordering something OFF the menu. My husband had to point to what he wanted. Kids mac n cheese was a big portion but it was super salty! We ordered fries part of the kids meal and never got them. We ordered 2 orders of buscuits and gravy and it never came! When we complained they said biscuits take 20 minutes to cook. That would have been great to know when we were ordering. Not to mention from the time we ordered and the time we were ready to go we sat there at least 35 minutes and they never came. Also the waitress said she thought we ordered the biscuits and gravy to go.....ummmmm nope definitely didn't mention that we wanted anything to go. They weren't even busy so there was no excuse for any of this. It was a horrible experience which sucks sense we are staying in a hotel right next door. Definitely won't be coming back here for our stay! Nasty food and bad service!
