Greetings!!! I am Irene Austin and I'm a Building Inspector for DHEC thats not to far from this location, so I visit quite Often. I Must say every experience I've ever encountered at this location has been extremely wonderful due to the excellent customer service I gain from Letoya and the newest gentleman Dee. I see these two quite often and they always know what i want on site. But i had a terrible experience on this past friday when i went in to pick me something up for Lunch, I'm not sure who the female was that was in there but i have seen her in there before just walking around talking to the workers and on her phone, but this day, i was displeased at her performance with one of the workers Dee. She was shouting at him and speaking with him with no type of respect and saying things that you just don't discuss in front of the guest. She even mention something about him being late in front of myself and someone else and that not the way to treat individuals who work for you or who gains continuous business for your establishment. The young man noticed me and continued saying that he would take, and sign the write up because it was his fault that he was late, and she continued yelling at him as if her were a child. hE TOOK THE RESPONSIBILITY OF BEING LATE BUT THIS LADY SEEMED AS IF THERE WAS SOMETHING ELSE GOING ON, BECAUSE HE WAS PLEASANT AND EXTREMELY APOLOGETIC. I'm so used to Letoya and Dee assisting me, i was shocked at what i was seeing coming from upper management, when the individual was admitting that he was late. IF THIS IS HOW THIS BUSINESS IS GOING TO TREAT THE PEOPLE WHO WORK FOR THEM, I'll contact the Better Business B, BECAUSE ALL IN ALL, THOUGH HE WAS LATE, SHE COULD AT LEAST WAIT UNTIL MY TRANSACTION WAS COMPLETED AND THE STORE WAS CLEARED BUT SHE DECIDED TO HUMILIATE THIS YOUNG MAN FOR WHOM I THINK ALONG WITH LETOYA ARE WONDERFUL ASSETS TO THE COMPANY. I WENT IN TODAY ONLY TO FIND OUT THAT DEE HAD BEEN TERMINATED, THIS IM NOT PLEASED WITH AT ALL. BECAUSE I STARTED GOING TO THIS LOCATION IN NOVEMBER AND THESE TWO WERE THE MAIN REASON TO WHY I CONTINUE TO MAKE THE STOP BEFORE HEADING HOME TO THE NORTHEAST SIDE. HOPEFULLY THERE WAS SOME MISCOMMUNICATION AND THE GENTLEMEN WAS ONLY SUSPENDED, BUT AS FOR THAT LADY FOR WHOM WAS IN THERE YELLING AT HIM, SHE SHOULDNT BE DEALING WITH EMPLOYEES THAT WAY OR THE PUBLIC WITH THE ATTITUDE LIKE THAT.
