More often than not when I order California Rolls the Avocado is slimy, spotty, and turning brown. The food, when it's not freshly cooked is luke warm, almost cold, and probably just warmed up from the night before. That's disappointing especially when it's 12pm and they just opened an hour before.

First time eating at this location and it is HORRIBLE. I ordered the steak & shrimp with rice and veggies. My veggies are good not to much of a complaint there, my shrimp has more of the grill taste than actual flavor, the rice is almost mushy and my steak is the ABSOLUTE WORSE! it's overcooked to where it has a mushy texture and once you chew it all the way it taste almost spoiled. I instantly knew something was wrong and now feeling sick. I tried calling the location but of course no answer.

Tokyo grill is good for what it is. The American version of Japanese fast food. The prices are reasonable, the portions filling and the food is tasty. If you are looking for gourmet quality Japanese, this is not the place. If your palate can tell the difference between types of tuna in sushi, and you care, this is not the place. If you want something quick and filling, with smiling service and a reasonable price, Tokyo grill is a great way to satisfy your hunger
