This was my first time experience with the salon. I called to change my appointment, not knowing there was a fee for changing an appointment if not done within 24 hours. I was a new client, they did not post this fee anywhere on their website and they are closed on the weekends. Stating all this to the receptionist who was quite rude, she told me I should have left a message on the machine! How would I know this? Well, I asked for a cancellation and was informed I would be charged $12. Horrible customer service, would not give my money to an establishment that would treat a new customer in that manner.

I highly recommend Pura Medical Spa. The staff are all wonderful, and I have never had any sort of bad experience in just over a year of going. I especially want to highlight Chimene! She is phenomenal at what she does, and I always leave feeling very relaxed and refreshed. I usually have to fight to stay awake during her massages because I am too relaxed, but that's a great problem to have!

The spa is beautiful and comfortable. Courtney Dial gave me a microdermabrasion facial that was great. She was very polite and informative. She gave me tips on my skin and recommended a regimen to improve it. I will definitely return.

Beautiful, clean place, friendly atmosphere and professional staff members. I've hard several facial treatments from my esthetician Cortney and loved each one of them!! Cortney is so knowledgeable and i like the fact that she makes suggestions on what treatment would work best for my skin!!

Pura is a wonderful spa! The atmosphere is so relaxing and the location is great. I drive over an hour just to get one of Courtney's amazing facial. She is very knowledgeable when it comes to taking care of your skin, and she explains the whole process to you so you know what to expect.
