On July 11 2017, I took my cat in because he wasn't eating. I brought with me his kit, his diabetic cat food, bowl, water, and his diabetic monitor kit that contained his monitor, lancets and insulin. Was not gone 30 minutes before they called me back. Looked in his bag and all other items were there but his diabetic monitor kit! . No one called me to say we had it etc! They are a bunch of thieves! Who does that? What are you going to do with a diabetic monitor and insulin? Im filing a formal complaint with the better business bureau and their corporate office. That's not right in no shape or form! Who steals from a diabetic cat who goes for help at a vet?
