So vegetarian friendly! Happy hour is amazing with their $3 whiskey list. Such a warm cozy vibe as the days start to cool off. Definitely coming in throughout the winter.

Cool little divey type bar with a great staff and huge whiskey selection. Also has every other type of booze you could want, along with an awesome beer selection.

Last night I went to Barrel on High for dinner and drinks with a friend. At the start of the night things seemed to be going well. We ordered drinks and an appetizer. Drinks came out in a timely manner but no appetizer, cool. It was somewhat busy so I figured it might take a little longer than usual. Time goes on and still no appetizer so I say forget it, let’s just order our meal, and again, we had a pretty nice wait until it came out. We finally get our food and the chef comes out and asks if we ever received our appetizer. I tell him no and now that we had our meals I’d prefer if someone could cancel the order. He says sure, I’ll let you server know. Finally, all that’s squared away and I’m ready to enjoy my meal. I cut my buffalo chicken sandwich in half and begin to eat it. I take about two bites and all is well. I go for my third bite and it felt hard, yet chewy, as if I’d bit into rubber. I put my sandwich down and open it up and to my surprise the chicken is RAW!!! I have never been so disgusted with an establishment in my life and couldn't understand how my sandwich was RAW after all the time it took for it to come out. What was supposed to be a fun Saturday night was completely ruined after my visit to Barrel On High. Not only did I have a bad time last night because of Barrel it has carried over to Sunday because I've been ill since.

I love the barrel burger, it's my favorite in Columbus. The in house BBQ sauce is fantastic. Also love the atmosphere. Very casual. Try the duck wings, they're fantastic.

Had a delicious morning burger, and some Thai chili Brussel sprouts (also very tasty). Have about ten beers on tap and a pretty generous selection. Good prices. Servers are friendly and fast. Not a huge fan of the decor; place can be described as a cozy pub.
