Horrible. Security Guard yelled at me for being on phone. Even though I was not going up to the teller like she thought. I was going to coin star. Will never bank here. Ha0y with Chase.

Very nice people with good customer service. They have a change counting machine that is available to the public (with or without an account and no fees are charged).

The epitome of customer service. These people care, and it's refreshing. I've moved to Maryland this past year, but I've held on to my CS Bank account in Columbus.
I've got to tell you that whether near Baltimore or DC - you've gotta watch out; you can get exploited without a second thought, because they don't care who you are or what your story is. You don't matter in these high density zones of MD, you're an account in a sea of accounts. It's one of the things I hate most about the place. But any time I call a CS Bank rep or branch, I'm reminded that I'm an actual person who matters. Please don't ever change that aspect of your business.

Online banking sucks, but otherwise a great bank. Overall, friendly people. Things might take a sour turn if u get hit with fees. Finally, like all else in life, unsatisfactory days are almost a guarantee. But I find CS better than any other bank I've dealt with in the past.

When I opened my account I was treated very well.

The teller was polite informative and cheerful. I love the
extra "goodies" empty your penny bank and the machine
counts it and you give the teller your slip and get cash.

I think my experience at the Fifth Ave. Cooper State Bank
was EXCELLENT !!
