I went for a hookah and the man I assume is the manager or owner was not the most friendly. Minus that I did get a decent hookah. The man who helped me originally I believe was new and and helpful. I never see the same people working there.

Same thing happened to me I got harassed for dropping customers off in this guy's parking lot he approached my car before he even knew where I was going or what I was doing and said this isn't the bar can't park here and proceeded to scream in my window. This man has a serious issue do not give him any more business

Horrible trashy place. The guy is an absolute tool and acts like he's the coolest guy. I mean duh you have the biggest selection in Ohio but honestly don't rub it in my face.
Huge selection of cigars, but they aren't in a humidor. If it's discounted and sitting in the middle of the room NOT in a humidor, I'd be pretty skeptical.

I was dropping off customers for the cigar shop for a bachelor celebration, but my customers decided to get drinks first at the bar next door. As soon as my riders emptied my vehicle a guy came to my window and was trying to intimidate/harass me with who he knows (CPD, lawyers, politicians) and that he would take my plate # so I won't turn in his parking lot. Mind you, I was just dropping off potential customers for his shop and not parking.
I do not have the time to argue with the foolish and told him I know people as well. He further went on to try to belittle me by saying to read his sign, it's third grade skills. To his disappointment, I am a teacher and would be happy to teach him a reading and writing lesson by the looks of his replies to these reviews.
I did reach out to my riders to recommend that they read all of the reviews, especially from the real cigar connoisseurs and to take their business to a more professional and respectable establishment like Governors Smoke Shop in Westerville.

Fantastic selection of cigars and cloves. Great service. Large smoking lounge but ventilation is lacking. Definitely worth the visit.
