I'm baffled that there's a 1 star review because this is not a 1 star facility by any stretch. They're always attentive, positive and helpful. The one time a new girl gave me attitude, I just said something instead of coming on here and rating a one star. Since then she's been more pleasant. But the review is for Equitas as a whole. Their nurse practitioners and entire staff have saved my life, and for that, I'll forever be grateful. And rate you accordingly!

When Equitax Health just accepted a few patients it used to be great. However, now that is a public clinic it's just not the same. They never answer their calls, the phones keep saying they're closed when they're not, I can't set up same day appointments and the front desk are not very helpful either.

I did a job shadow at this facility and the staff was very friendly and listened to every patients needs and any questions they have a the physicians are very down to earth. I would love to work for this company..😀

I feel bad rating 2 stars because the front desk staff and clinic staff were all amazing. However, the pharmacy staff all need a lesson in customer service and an attitude adjustment.

Upon arriving to the pharmacy, I stood at the counter for about 5 minutes without being acknowledged while approximately 5 pharmacy staff members went about their business. Also, the white male pharmacist was very rude and lacked an attitude that made me feel welcome or appreciated as a customer.

I chose to use this pharmacy to support the organization and what the organization stands for, but I will be going back to my regular pharmacy where I am treated with respect.

I do not recommend others to use this pharmacy unless you absolutely must.

Friendly, efficient and amazing staff. I could not be happier with my doctor and I've worked in medical for over twenty five years. Thanks for helping me feel better and working to keep me this way.
