I'm so pleased with this office. Always very professional. I've always been seen in a timely manner. Amy Lipp is great. I drive and hour just to patronize this practice.

They gave me a prescription that was terrible for my face! 2 months later my skin is worse than what it was when I initially visited. I would NOT recommend this place for treating sensitive and ethnic skin.

Professional experience from reception, exam, to checkout. There is ample parking behind the office and the building is easy to navigate. Dr. Hicks-Graham is thorough, professional, and personable. Her staff mirrors these qualities and all are very compassionate. We especially appreciate that the office is technologically advanced, has a spa-like waiting area, and appointments run on-schedule. Highly recommended.

Downtown Dermatology provides excellent service and the staff is great. I have had no issues at this office and they are always available for questions and concerns. I am always able to ask questions and get answers at each appointment. They truly seem to care which cant be said about most offices. Thanks for all that you do Downtown Dermatology!
