I recently had to have my dog put to sleep at 14 years old. As always, the staff and vet went out of their way to comfort my pet and I. I can't describe how kind they were and the comforting words they offered. I wish I could give them ten stars because they truly care about the animals and their owners. We had always gone to this hospital and because my dog was scared of other dogs they made arrangements to prevent her from having to see other dogs. I don't have enough words to describe how kind and wonderful this place is. Please take your pet to them you won't be dissappointed. A thousand stars in my experience. And if the staff happens to read this thank you for the kindness you showed my dog Buckeye and I. An impossible situation was made bearable because of the kindness all of you showed us. From the bottom of my heart thank you!!! There is a special place in heaven for all of you.

My dog Doctor J and I love this place and Dr. Wildman is a wonderful vet. The staff is amazing. Looking for great vet services for your furry family members, this is a wonderful place!

I have two cats that have visited Northstar Animal care and I was very pleased with both visits. My first visit was just a checkup for my first cat. He was purring and loving the attention the vets and staff were giving him! Even though he did not need any medical attention that day, he was still handled with great love and care. My second visit was after I 'adopted' a cat from a friend. She had never been to a vet and she was 6 years old. Dr. Parson and techs handled her with exceptional care and went great lengths to keep her comfortable and not stressed out. We found that she had a heart murmur and Dr. Parson explained everything that needed to be done before she could be spayed safely. I was very impressed that Dr. Parson was concerned about the safety of her surgery and her overall health. She has since been seen by a cardiologist and cleared to be spayed. I cannot thank Dr. Parson and the vet staff for their love, care and concern for my kitty's health and safety. My animals will be life-long patients at Northstar.

I came to Northstar because my normal vet wasn't able to see my pet same day. They were very accommodating and worked me in despite a tight schedule and even though I was expecting a wait, they saw me nearly immediately. We met w Dr. Giadis, who I understand is new to the Vet Hospital, but she was awesome. Everyone was super kind and understanding and did a great job of explaining the issues with my dog and best treatment options.

Suffice it to say, they very easily earned the rating and we will be back.
