Great movie theater. Employees are helpful and seats are comfortable. It does get busy during peak hours. Fridays, Saturday and Tuesday nights are shoulder to shoulder. Plenty of room in the seats though.

I'm giving BAD review, because, last night, my son and Grandson went to see the new Thor movie, after paying a HIGH PRICE to get in and get "RESERVED SEATING",Only to have a girl, next to them, ask,can you move, for my friends?... And,oh yes, then, the guy behind my son kicked the back of his seat,a couple of times, thankfully his son was with him,or there would have been trouble! EVERYONE WAS TALKING SO THEY COULDN'T EVEN HEAR IT...AND IT KEPT SKIPPING/ FREEZING UP!!! PAID $30.00 FOR THAT!!! DISGUSTING!!! This place NEEDS some employees who actually have some RESCOECT,for the PAYING CUSTOMERS there!!! Needless to say...THEY/WE WON'T BE BACK!!!. 😠

For the size of Conway this theater offers what is expected as far as the "wow" factor. Seats are comfortable, the sound is great and screens have a clean and crisp picture for the most part. Definitely worth visiting.

Like most theatres, the prices are outrageous. That said, this one is clean and sound/picture quality is very good. They have a large movie selection, and the staff seem friendly enough. Kind of a weird ticketing process, with automated machines outside on the wall and a ticket booth like most theatres, neither of which is where I had to buy my ticket. Maybe because it was a matinee, but ticket sales were at the concession counter.

Not sure if they still have people that check on customers while they are watching the film, but if they don't they need to. Is it your practice to let parents with small kids play with them and their toys, including ones that make sounds in the aisles and the area that is designated for handicapped people? When I was there for an early matinee that seemed to be the case. If this is what you do allow can you please stop the commercial(s) about being quiet etc during the movie and also put a banner or something up to let people know that even though they paid probably at least $20 to get into the movie, it will have the possibility of feeling like you are at a daycare.
