Went in earlier this week to have two teeth worked on and the staff we’re courteous and greeted me when I entered, helped me through my paper work and got me in the back fast even with it being right at lunch time. Once I made it to the back the assistants came in got me numbed up well and the rest the visit was a breeze. Definitely my goto for further dental work!!

My first thoughts was wow your young! And with confidence to reassure me that he had the experience he smiled and told me his dad and uncle both are dentist and he had been around the dental office all of his life, he went on to say that he worked in his dad office every chance he could.Mind you I haven't had a tooth pull in over 20 years or longer and after hearing his dental history my heart wasn't racing 90 to nothing anymore.When he start to inject the pain medication he wiggled my jaw to prevent any pain I knew that I was in good hands. He asked if I was ok I gave Dr Smith two thumbs up! He made experience a great one know pain and he extracted the tooth in less than a minute but before doing so he stated that I was doing fine and the worst was over! I will admit I was very nervous about getting my tooth pulled but I'm ready to get all my dental work ! Thanks Dr Smith!!! I highly recommend Monarch Dental and Dr RIchard Smith

If a customer schedule a appointment On a Monday for Thursday for a teeth cleaning and a xray Maybe you should tell the customer on that Monday that you can't clean his teeth to next Monday and next time you do that maybe you should not make the customer wait 2 hours before you don't complete your task SMH run a better business

Great office. Alicia at the front was very helpful with my insurance. The hygienist was gentle and informative. Doctors are also very nice. Would recommend.

Dr.Smith is an amazing dentist. Went for tooth extraction and never felt it. The staff is very helpful and polite. They don't judge if you haven't seen a dentist in a while either.
