These people are absolutely the rudest people I've met in my ENTIRE. LIFE. Do not go there. I will never ever be back. Katie Boyd in particular is the rudest "APN" I've ever come into contact with. Absolutely no bedside manners at all. She told me that I needed to get over the fact that I had to miss work for my appointment (after I had missed a week of work) and would not let me use my once a year free gyno insurance visit because I came in for a "problem" and not a check up. I told her I had already been to two doc's and gotten two CT scans I was paying for and I really needed to use that free appointment. I begged her to let me and I cried and told her I missed a lot of work because of my ruptured cyst and she told me to "SUCK IT UP." I AM NOT JOKING. Then, she did a pap and hurt me terribly. No warning. No I'm sorry. And said I would have to make another appointment in three weeks for an ultrasound even though she knew what was going on when I called. Never in my life have I been treated this way by a health care professional. I wish I could report her to a medical board of some sort. Heed my warning. Save your money and time.

Saw Dr. Spencer Johnson for some issues and he was the most wonderful,.sweet, calming and funny Dr. I have had the privilege to see.

I am a patient of doctor K. Holland, and I have not enjoyed my experience with them because I have been forced to pay a 20$ injection fee for a monthly hormone shot that I've been told I need. When my old Gyn A. Johnson had it delivered to my house where I could do it myself, at home, for free. She originally wanted to charge me 40! She haggled me down to 20 after I told her that my condition has bedridden me and I can't hold a job and have no income. I need surgery and the shots, but my medicaid will only cover one. She insists on the shots, however. Also, she refuses any medication for my pain entirely. Also, I only ever get a few minutes of her time for ANY appointment. Any discussion I may attempt is always by way of nurses. I must ask a nurse, and wait for relay. Then discuss or ask the nurse further, and wait for further reply. As well as always feeling rushed after sitting for an hour waiting for her. She comes to talk for a few minutes then leaves and sends a nurse for further instructions or discussion.
