They lost my businesses by not returning calls. Not professional at all for a counseling service. I will be going to ARCARE.

Never can get anyone to call back for initial appt. We have really good corp. private insurance.....or so I've been told. I may try stopping by, but geez this is ridiculous. All reviews say same....great if you can get them to answer phone.

The care I received from Joann Clay Collie was first rate...best counselor I've ever had. The service I've received from the Conway Psychiatric office however is lacking. Many messages are left unanswered...During business hours calls are seldom answered by a person. Working Monday - Wed. makes it very difficult in general to get anything done.

The therapy is great. Jason was mine and he was great he listens and really do try to help but trying to get ahold if them is a completely different story! Good Luck! I know there is someone who sits at the front desk but yet when you call you get nothing but voicemail. I have called on Mondays and Weds the days they are open 9-6 at different times of the day and yet get nothing and no return calls or answers. I would love to start going back to them but cant do that when you cant reach them.
