I have been to another urgent care before but due to insurance changes, I went to Primecare. From start to finish their customer service was amazing. Sarah in reception was probably the most helpful person I have ever met. I was taken back within 10 minutes. The doctor that I saw got to me very quickly. He really listened to me and offered advice and prescribed antibiotics that I needed. He told me that if I needed anything to come back anytime. It was an amazing experience all the way around. I will never go to another urgent care clinic. My experience was so great that I will only go back to this particular urgent care.

Great for those medical needs that can be addressed after hours. They're open later at night, so I don't have to get odd of work early or schedule an appointment during work hours.
