I have not been in years because my experiences were negative, which means I go elsewhere now. At one appointment, Shelley told me that if she removed a small bump from my face, it would be barely noticeable by the weekend, when I would be attending my husband's 20-year high school reunion. The removal left a crater in my face, and there was no way to disguise it when the weekend rolled around.

Have been seeing Dr. Brian for a long time and have developed a fine caring relationship. He always has time to discuss a problem, interested in what's going on with me personally and is very professional in his treatment. Also has a wonderful support staff. I regret I will be leaving his care because I have moved to Little Rock and advancing in age so I need to find care here. I highly recommend Dr. Brian Russell and will miss him and his staff.

They must be good, urgent scheduling is 1 month out. Full appointments are 4 months out. Only 1 of the 2 doctors is taking new patients. I don't have anything negative to say as I did not have time to wait for an appointment.
