Great nurse's and doctor's! Always kind and respectful! Sometimes there is a wait, but you have to expect that at a place you can walk in.

There are a lot of negative reviews online, but I have always had a good experience. The few times I have visited were after hours or on a weekend, and wait times were not bad compared to some other places. The staff is always friendly, and willing to talk with you about different treatment options available.

I stopped at this clinic on my way to a teacher conference on Thursday, Sept 7. I live out of town and felt that bad. I was vomiting and had a severe headache. I shared this as I checked in. I paid 95 dollars to have a nurse practitioner walk in the room and tell me I would need to go the the hospital ER. What did I pay for? Very unprofessional and a rip off! I should have been told to go to the hospital when I arrived if they weren't going to treat me.

I have,been here in the conway office since 8:30 This morn. It is,now almost 11 clock. I asked at 9 o'clock how many in front of me receptionist she said 3 people. I've already seen at least 3 Go before me, I asked again about 11, still 2 I'm front of me. I love Dr. Mcbay, and am having issues or I wouldn't wait. This is,ridiculous. Need get blood,work done as well, I'll be dehydrated from not eating or drinking. I guess I will have to come back for that another day. Bummer for sure.
