I wrote an email asking for windshield repair service. Within an hour, they responded by email and calls. Same day appointment was setup. Great service.

First of all, let me say that I didn't know much about MetLife prior to becoming a customer. I chose MetLife because of the agent, Beau Jones. In the end, it was a perfect combination.
We have probably all heard an expression similar to "Your insurance company has your back until you really need them." In my experience, this is not the case with either MetLife or Beau Jones.
We recently decided to sell our home and move. When our home was inspected it was discovered the roof had storm damage and needed to be replaced. No big deal except our home was closing to sell in about a week. I called Beau and explained to him the urgency of the situation. He treated me like I was his only client and immediately went to work to get an adjuster to visit my home sooner than I expected. He arrived on a Thursday. I received my notice from MetLife that they were covering the replacement on Friday. I received my insurance check the very next Tuesday. Roof was replaced on Wednesday. My house closed on that Friday.
I cannot put into words how much my wife and I appreciated the attention, superior service, and support we received from Beau Jones and MetLife. Thank you very much, Beau!

After years of being with my old insurance company (home and auto) I decided to shop around. I reached out to a couple of insurance companies (including Beau with MetLife). Beau met with me and explained both my current insurance policies and what I would be getting with a MetLife policy. Beau is nice and does an extremely good job at explaining this stuff to someone (me) that has no idea about the insurance business. I feel MUCH more comfortable with the plans that I have now with MetLife, as I was previously under-insured. My Met-Life policy is MUCH cheaper than my previous policy as well! I strongly recommend working with Beau and MetLife!

We recently moved to the area and were referred to Beau by a family member. After meeting with him, I can honestly say it was a great experience! Beau is very knowledgeable and placed us with an insurance company to best meet our needs. Additionally, he just a darn nice guy! We highly recommend Beau Jones!
