Been banking with them for 7 years now never had a problem at all.Only thing I would like is to get another location off Oak Street.

They are fairly fast. The only thing I would have to have a con about is when their systems are down because the only other local location close to Conway is Greenbrier and I don't want to waste gas driving to Greenbrier when Conway is down. But they are a good bank. They need another location in Conway with how fast Conway is growing.

Just an amazing financial institution with a terrific focus on customer service and appreciation. A very modern and wide variety of checking and savings accounts designed with the customer in mind. Terrific perks with every account, free first order of checks, free mobile banking, free online banking and free bill pay as long as you use the service at least once every month. The best thing about First Service Bank besides the great features and perks is the customer focus of this bank. No credit check or any other kind of reports are ran when you open a account, they choose to get to know their customers personally and that is the only information they need when you choose to bank with them. Also they offer instant issue debit cards, of which you may begin using the same day you open an account. Current customers can tell you they know you by name, and always are very happy to assist you anytime you have to call or visit one of their locations. Just a terrific banking experience, and I am so glad I switched banks.
