Order took 20 minutes. Half of the food was hot, the other half not so much. Wasn't very good.

Local favorite. Awesome burgers and sandwiches. Great dessert menu. I'm never disappointed.

Fast service. DQ's Blizzards are still the best. Sonic adds a gelatin to theirs to simulate the thickness that DQ gets with simple chill. Drive the extra mile and get the better desert.

Both my orders of chicken tenders resembled chicken nuggets at best and my fries were very old. After going back to exchange my food for fresher products I was given very small tenders once again and one of which looks like it had been biten or torn in half. I typically enjoy Dairy Queen as I live close by but from now on I will be taking my business elsewhere.

I'm only giving this dairy queen one star because I can't give them 0. The foods ok..i guess, but the customer service is practically non existant. Last night i ordered a number 1 which is a bacon cheeseburger meal and an additional cheeseburger add bacon. It had been a long day and i just wanted something quick. Well we ended up waiting 10+ minutes for these burgers and took it home. We live 15 minutes away or so. When we got home there was no bacon on either burger. When we called we were told to not eat our food and to bring them back...when we told them no thats not right, we're not going to drag our one year old back out we were told they couldn't do anything. We called the manager on duty today and was told he wasn't trying to feed people for free just because we had a receipt, that he didn't appreciate OUR tone of voice (even though we showed him nothing but respect), all he was willing to do was send us coupons....and if we wanted corporates number we can google it :O. I couldn't believe this lack of professionalism. So we did call corporate! And we were told the owner of that location will be contacting us. I hope the owner is more professional and has better leadership skills than what we've experienced so far or Dairy Queen has lost several customers for good!
