They have great food and drinks and the occasion live performance. Good place to catch a game or get a drink special at. They also make a hard milkshake if you ask them too.

Food is great, staff is great, music is generally pretty good too! My only complaint is the ladies room always smells like a public restroom. It's clean but stinks to high heaven.

I was pretty impressed by the catfish po'boy I had the first time I went to JJ's. It wasn't super salty or fried to a plank, and it tasted great. Everything on the menu costs about 2 dollars too much, though, and the price of a beer in a bar is insane. The place is noisy and our waitress was definitely faking her smile throughout the service. The place has an atmosphere that's part sports bar and part "who stole my cigarettes". I got a half of a refill on my water before she huffed and stomped off, and then she didn't come back until I hunted another waitress down and asked for the check. The booths are made of solid wood and are really uncomfortable. I've been back a few times since then, and each time the friendliest person I have seen was the bartender, who also looked at me like an alien once when I asked for a menu, which she couldn't find in the space of ten minutes. The last time I went there I had planned on getting some fried mushrooms to go, but the place was so packed when I opened the door that I just let out a loud "nope" and turned on my heel. But they do have good food and live music most nights.

The waitress was so quick to filling up my drink, at one point I tried to make it a race and she won. More ways than one, because now I have to pee. She even put a heart on the receipt. I definitely recommend this place.

I have been to JJ's numerous times and have loved the food every time. I, honestly, have had a bad food experience and I have tried numerous menu items. Their burgers are always on point from the 5 Alarm Burger down to the classi JJ's World Famous Cheesburger. They also have great sandwiches that are hard to beat. The 3 Little Pigs Sandwich is one of my favorites although I am a sucker for a good Reuben. There are plenty of sides to choose from, the onion rings are amazing as well as the baked mac n' cheese. There are daily specials and even "crafty minutes" and "crafty hour" where craft beer is at a reduced price. Kids also eat free with the purchase of an adult meal.
