Pizza is good, not great. Selection was very slim last time we went. I think they weren't prepared for the crowd.

Disappointing each time I went. I have a rule that before I give a positive or negative review on a place, I have to go at least twice. With Pizza Inn I went 3 times. First time, they messed up my wings order. No big deal. Second time the buffet pizza was beyond old and crusty. The nice waitress was quick to get fresh pizza out so I thought, "OK, service is good so I'll try them again". Third time was bad though. I ordered delivery. I live 1.1 miles away. It took them almost an hour to deliver my pizza and wings. I was on the phone with the delivery kid 3 or 4 times giving him directions to my house. When he did arrive, turned out they left my cheese sticks back at the restaurant. The driver said he'd be right back with them. Seeing how a round trip was under 3 miles, I figure it would take him maybe 20 minutes. This order was put in last week and I'm still waiting. The cashier never told me my total before hanging up, the pizza was cold and nasty, missing items, waiting way too long and so on and so on. This was my last order with them. Overall I'd say their pizza is equal to a bad thin crust frozen pizza you'll get at Kroger. The generic pizza. Too bad. I was very excited to have a pizza buffet near by.

Conway pizza inn is very nasty on inside, kitchen stays nasty. I found fly in walk in cooler in the cheese when I worked there. The manager is never there to run her store the staff she has is bunch kids that don't wanna work. Had complaints from customers about the pizza and cleanliness of store. Very bad place to eat in conway no reason that store has no business. Then manager wants to blame everyone else for her store running down when she is one that don't want to fix the problems.

The pizza is decent but the customer service is good. I feel like the first couple times I went it was really good, but the last couple times have been what made this review a 3 star. An okay pizza place.
