They didn't appear to be that busy, but we're slow taking the order and getting us the food. As far as the food goes, it was good and fresh. Nothing special about it, it's just another Rally's.

The food has its ups and downs when it comes to what to expect from the chain. For this establishment to be the only one in the town I would expect more from the service as well as the presentation. I LOVE RALLIES, but hate this place.

The customer service that I got from one of the managers named Misty one night was horrible! She didn't give me her name. I only got it because the GM didn't give it to me either and I kept going back until one day one of the employees gave me her name when I described what she looked like. And I will be calling corporate! I love Rally's food and I'm a frequent customer but I do not appreciate the poor customer service or disrespect.
