This one is usually pretty great compared to others. But tonight! Dude, you have one job! Make food that's listed out how to make! And with "customer service" in mind. Why am I having to tell you how to make it? And then you short change me???

Food was good. Excellent service & friendly employees. Prefer this store because it is colorful interior unlike the ugly decor recently put in the Prince Street location & uncomfortable seats & drab interior. Even having to park & walk at the Oak Street location we will go to it. It was clean when we were there.

0 STARS. Worst customer service EVER I asked for 2 packets of HOT SAUCE. The person was VERY rude and would only give me 1. This is in the drive through. I waited at the window and honked the horn to get their attention because she walked off very quickly. I waited 5 minutes. I honked my horn no one would come to window. I had to wait another 5 minutes before someone came to the window. Then I asked for another packet from the make worker. The original worker hid behind a large male worker yelling "ONLY ONE PACKET PER ITEM.just so you know" AFTER SPENDING 20$ THERE I CANT GET 2 PACKETS OF HOT SAUCE?? Is their business that slow and hurting that bad that they can't do 2 packets? Maybe if they took care of their customers they would get more business. HIRE DECENT WORKERS .ZERO STARS
