I have always had great service at Zaxby’s I would always recommend it as high quality fast food but today was just AWFUL my order was to go through the drive thu and my bread on my club sandwich was SOGGY I ordered a basket of Texas toast which were all soggy and had no flavor at all usually Zaxby’s toast is my favorite, my boyfriend meal came with toast which was black burnt. My fries all tasted old This was just a very awful experience for me. Won’t be going back I don’t think

These guys are always very friendly and the food is always fresh and QUICK! I love their fries.

The drive thru had a line of 10 cars. I decided to go inside to order they said that there was 4 orders in front of me. Since I had someone in the car with me I was able to go outside and they were courteous enough to bring it out to me.

Zaxby's is always great and this location is no exception. A friendly staff is always present and it's always quite clean. They lose 2 stars now in this updated review because it seems every time I go they fail to have something in stock (ex: pasta salad, etc.) and we have to wait to ask for it, or they make easily controllable mistakes on our meals.(my chicken is never tossed like I ALWAYS ask) Nonetheless, great location. Great employees. Great place to eat.

Great food, but the gm named Samantha was entirely too rude to me. I never in my life expected to watch a GENERAL MANAGER talk to disgustingly to another employee. I will NOT be returning. Better attitudes equals more customers
