The service was great. I was in and out in less than 10 minutes. Laura, the agent, was wonderful and energetic.

The car was mechanically sound and worked well. I didn't rate them as high as I would have because I was billed for an extra day that I did not have the car. Their return policy is 'leave the keys in the car and walk away' basically. I even stopped to talk to an agent to make sure I didn't have to check in with them. He said no, so it's frustrating to get charged an extra day for the car, insurance, and late fees. Fortunately, the customer service rep I talked to was helpful and fixed the problem for me.

Customer service is terrible. They don't answer the phones when you call. They give you a different car than you book.

Horrible phone customer service. If you never need help they're good but if you do need assistance you won't find it there.

Staff was remarkably helpful, informative and professional. It was so easy to rent from this location.
The upgrade was absolutely amazing!! Way beyond what I anticipated, and that's all I'm gonna say about that!!
