They dont know how to work a phone and hang up on me. I call again and they put me on hold without saying anything. I guess so they wouldnt hear it beep.

Some of the pharmacy staff is friendly. I needed a refill on a prescription, the pharmacist that I spoke with was very unprofessional, had me do the leg work when I needed a refill renewal from my doctor. For that reason alone, I'm transferring my prescription medication to another pharmacy. And yes the parking lot is very poorly lit.

Friendly staff. Unfortunately their drive through is horrible. I couldn't get down. So i went through drive thru. They're was a sign saying closed due to construction. Fine. I tried again a couple of days later. Same thing. Then i receive a call from cvs saying i had to pick up my prescriptions. So, today, i went to cvs. I got in line behind one other car. They got their prescription and left. I drive up and there's the sign again. I waited a minute or two. Nothing. So, i left. I hate wasting time. I called cvs to tell them to just transfer my prescriptions to Walgreens. April didn't even care. Before i could tell her about my drive thru experience, she was already giving me the instructions on how to do it. So, if you like getting jerked around, then go ahead and go to cvs on port.

My daughter'medication bottle got broke while she was visiting Corpus Christi with relatives. I called the pharmacist last night from Houston and she took extra time to call the insurance to get approval as emergency for early refill
To have the medication really prevented serious harm to her health and a visit to er. Thanks Cvs pharmacist for your service 3/13

I just shopped at the store and had too much to carry in one trip. Employee Nick was very courteous and helped me carry out the heavy stuff. Very friendly and very much appreciated!
