Great evening at sonic Thursday evening. Went through the drive Thur I was i greeted promptly by Cindy. I ordered 2 of the 6 piece wings (garlic/asain) tots & lrg strawberry slushed. She asked if I wanted any mozzarella sticks or cheddar peppers. So I took an order of cheddar peppers. Let's not for get not only was my service great but my food was delicious.

We ordered a strawberry malt & a 44 strawberry-lime slush. "Yvonne" was multi-tasking, as she admitted. I had to reoeat my order 3 times. Then, when she had it, she left the speaker on telling one of her workers that they were going to have to learn how to make drinks. I let her know the speaker was still on.
They did not send out a spoon with our order. When I pushed the button, Yvonne came on, again. After she verified that I was ordering a spoon, she said "Geeze ..." over the speaker. I did not let her finish her statenent. I interrupted her. The speaker went dead. And, I am still waiting for a spoon, ten minutes later. If this is management ...

This particular location has been having lots of issues .the other day I went by during "happy hour"to order a couple of drinks for the kids.we didn't and weren't able to leave the line for at least 40 min. When I finally got to the window to see what the hold up was.I find a newly trained male employee by himself taking and making orders. I look around for the manager.then I found the problem the poor newly trained kid was left by himself on dt.while his manager stood or should say leaning and talking/ laughing with the other two female employees .who were also oblivious to the line wrapped around there crowded parking lot.

Love the new order boxes. Let's you know exactly where your order is at. Surprised by this location that they had friendly service, must be under new management. Great job
