Good burgers and salads. But everytime I go there the dine in area is dirty. So I deducted a star.

I normally enjoy my purchases at this Wendy's location BUT today I purchased a half salad and it was way out dated meaning the lettuce was old and brown. We all know how long lettuce sits to turn this color so why are the personnel not trained to pick up on this. The shift manager actually sacked it up! I picked it up on my lunch hour and did not see it until I got back to my office I could not run back and return it.
