Had a great time with some coworkers food was fresh and hot but the number 8 didn't have enough spice for me. Our server Gaby was attentive and polite.

One of the best places we ate at here in Dallas. Great service, clean, and great food. We visited the one on McKinney. Our waitress Gaby H was outstanding and made us feel welcomed and loved. Thank you for a great experience.

Our lunch at Jake's Uptown was disappointing to say the least. The owner should stop polishing his "Best Burger" plaques lining the walls and hire somebody that can cook. I've had many fast food burgers much better. Onion rings were terrible. Coke had too much syrup. As bad as lunch was... the service was worse. We had two girls - not sure which one was our waitress, if I had to guess, I'd say neither. One girl with long blonde wavy hair and shorts cutting off her circulation acted like it was absolutely painful to try to be friendly. At least she did make a very weak effort to try, which is more than I can say for the skinny black girl, who didn't even bother trying. I would call these girls by their names, but neither was wearing a name tag. I will say the host who showed us to the table was a nice man-he was the only thing good about this experience. Needless to say, we will never go back.

Best burgers in Dallas! Customer service is always on point. Brittany was our server and she made our experience amazing. The burger #8 is the best on menu! Make sure you try their burgers of the month, so delicious! Loaded cheese fries and jungle juice are to die for! Great job, Jakes!
