Dante and Zoe do a great job fitting you. Prices are reasonable for custom made suits.

The whole experience is tailored (forgive the pun.) You reserve your own time in the showroom with a professional stylist and sales person. The machine is basically a TSA body scatter machine on steriods so it measures EV-RE-THING. That way you garment comes out fitted to you specifically. The showroom is also a Mancave so you have a nice drink while you walk through your purchase and all the choices you could ever want.
Price wise is more expensive than anything "off the rack" but that is not why you go here.

Zoe is the rep I use and she could not be more helpful or genuine.

Awful! Do not go to Alton Lane in Dallas! Alton Lane in Dallas has the worse customer service I have ever experienced! My wife bought a gift card for me from Alton Lane in Dallas. Alton Lane mislead her on the price and quality of their suits. Even still I thought I would give it a try, however I quickly realized that Alton Lane has the worse customer service and the worse customized suits. Alton Lane on Cedar Springs did not return any of my phone calls or emails in a timely manner.

After dealing with them for 4 months I wanted to get our hard earned money back but they are refusing to reimburse us for our gift card. Do not go to Alton Lane in Dallas on Cedar Springs. This is the worse customized suite place you can go in Dallas.
