Excellent options and courteous staff that will do anything to make you happy. I walked into Q one day in need of a shirt and new to the custom world. Now I have several trousers, jackets, shirts, two pairs of shoes, and a three piece suit from Q. The construction quality is excellent as is the advice the reps give to help you craft a look that both reflects your personality and your needs (business, weekend, social events). So pour a whiskey (they have a bar), get out a few fabric books, and start cycling through swatches for your next sport coat.
The only reason I am not giving Q five stars is that they tend to make small mistakes (wrong buttons on shirts, forgetting heel guards on trousers, getting my name wrong on a jacket) that take time to fix. The fabrics, construction, and fit are excellent and they are always willing to put any mistake right (they once remake a shirt and comped another). Still, they would do better for convenience to have better control over details.

Worse experience in my life with a retail company! No customer service, a lack of communication amongst their team and a horrible end product considering the high costa they think they can charge for their custom clothing!

Had them make a shirt for me. They didn't make the button holes correctly as agreed upon. Asked them to fix a suit jacket and they sent me down the street to Cho's who ended up doing a poor job on the suit alteration as well. I would stay away or find another place that follows through on their word and refers their clients to capable third party vendors.

I have custom shirts from a couple local makers, including Q Clothiers. I was recently measured at the West Village in Dallas location for a custom shirt.
Their measurements were spot on, and Dwayne was a big help in choosing a fabric and details to make the shirt really stand out. I waited a couple weeks for the shirt to come in, and it fit me like a true custom men's shirt should.
