I was kind of scared to make an appointment for my child due to reading the reviews but when I called to set up an appointment the lady on the phone was just so sweet and told me she would get my child in the next day . The next day when I walked in the receptionists were so sweet and you can just tell that they love their jobs and kids which is most important. They had a long wait and my child was getting really unpatient and the young chunky lady at the front comes out and hands him some crayons and asks him "do you like cars?" , and prints him a picture to color, then another young short lady comes out and hands him some pretzels. Although Nathan Nugen is the "doctor there" you will only be seeing a nurse practitioner don't get me wrong she takes her time and is very comprehensive but it would of been nice to of known Dr Nugen wouldn't of been in the clinic. Over all I wasn't expecting such amazing service because it is in a fishy area and a review can make a huge impact on wether to be a patient or not, but I am really impressed and RECOMMEND 100% Now my child wont stop asking me "when am I going to the doctor".

Medical Care is fine. Front Desk staff are acceptable in person. Front Desk Staff have absolutely horrible telephone customer service. Do not expect to call and receive adequate service. Called once and asked to drop by and pick up a copy of my labs (I had received a free copy that I wrinkled up and wanted a clean copy to fax to another provider). They would not give me a copy unless I paid $25 dollars or I had Medico MD fax my labs to the other provider. As I needed to be sure that the labs were actually faxed and received, I wanted to fax them myself. I'm not paying a full $25 dollars (the maximum allowable medical record copy fee for fewer than 21 pages) for two pieces of paper. I ended up faxing the wrinkled labs. Today, I called at 4:45 to confirm my dental appointment (that was incorrectly scheduled the week previously...the dentist ended up not having been scheduled that day). I had not received an appointment confirmation call. The first time I called, I explained and was transferred to a voicemail. The second time I called, I explained that the appointment was in 45 minutes and I needed to confirm the appointment. I was transferred again to a voicemail. The third time I called and told the lady I would not be attending and that they need to cancel my appointment. Update. I forgot my wallet at home the day of my next lab appointment. When I checked it, I told them that and gave them the options of taking my credit card number orally (yes, I have it memorized), billing me, letting me come back and pay the next day, or rescheduling my appointment. It took them over 15 minutes to decide what to do and inform me that my appointment would need to be rescheduled. I could have driven home, gotten my wallet, and returned in that time frame (I'm not exaggerating...I live close by). So, they said to return the next day. I confirmed that same time, 5:30pm, would be okay and left. The next day when I arrived, they were already closed, no sign on the door explaining why or anything. I haven't been back since. I never received a call explaining the matter, nada. That's just horrible service all around.

Great customer service. Clinic always has fast service. Everyone seems to enjoy there job. Nice, friendly and courteous provider. Will come back again, and again!!!!!!!
