Dr. A and his associates were impressively thorough, informative, and efficient. The equipment used was a lot more updated than I realized was even available. I thought I had a very good dentist in NC, but Turtle Creek has exponentially raised the bar. And, of course, most importantly, nothing hurt!

Excellent service and dental expertise. The dentist always takes time to thoroughly explain the procedures and the dental hygienist are always very friendly and professional.

Dr. Avendanio and Dr. Spence are amazing. They carry compassion and kindness. Highly recommended!

Bernard Avendanio is a great dentist. He is well spoken and makes sure you are comfortable and understands your needed dental procedures. His staff, especially hygenist Terry is crazy. She interrogates you from the minute u sit in the chair and if you don't answer to her liking she calls you secretive. I try to tell her I had been working 12 hour shifts and really did not feel like chatting. I was more like clean my teeth already, so I can get out of here! When I go up to pay, I noticed Terry has written notes about her opinion of me that is in my medical file. I have called Dr. Avendanio to complain, but whomever answers the phone tells me I need to send an email. Which more than likely will go to her or crazy Terry!
