Nasty rooms. Bed bugs and cockroaches in the rooms. The white guy in the front is RUDE (don't know how he got a job in the front office) . And mainly drug addicts stay here. There is mold everywhere in the restroom and all the furniture is ripped up.

This place is not very accommodating and is very old and in need of repair granted they do try to keep up with things but the family doesn't seem to have much money or care to spend it on any kind of Renovations for the guests the place really has a lot to be desired but for the price what can you expect one more thing if you have any medical problems have to call an ambulance or the police just don't count on them being there you would have an easier time walking to the police station if it was 300 miles away than you would getting a police officer to actually respond to you at this location

Cheap rates. Minimal decor. My room had a tube tv. Location is great if you want to stay near downtown dallas. Room needed some updates but everything worked. My rate was $50 a night including tax. On a weekend.

This place is Bedbug infested, roaches lived there before the residents ever moved in and caked in filth and the stench of smoke will choke you once you step foot in the place. The owner is an incompetent, cheap, unethical waste of human flesh and the Manager is not even qualified to stand there and help with request. Please find another place, this place should be demolished and replaced with something that would be more useful to the community there.
