I WOULD NOT TAKE MY BUSINESS TO MARK EDDINS INSURANCE! TAKE IT TO ANOTHER INSURANCE AGENT! THEY ARE PART OF FRIENDLY CHEVROLET AND THEY HAVE BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE STARTING FROM THE MANAGEMENT TEAM TOMMY GALLATIN. MY TRUCK WAS WRECKED WHILE UNDER THEIR CARE AND PROMISED THINGS THAT THEY DID NOT KEEP. WHEN THE TRUCK WAS FIXED IT WAS POORLY DONE AND ENDED MESSING UP OTHER AREAS THAT DID NOT NEED REPAIR! MARK EDDINS DOES BAD BUSINESS!!!

Great service when they are signing you up at the dealership. Transferred policy out of state; tried to transfer it back to Mark Eddins when I moved back to Texas. Customer service was NON-EXISTENT. Called and was sent to voicemail, gave it a couple days and was not called back. Called back again and employee said in order to transfer the policy back I had to call my current representative out of state (which is incorrect); told her I already spoke to them; she then had me call the national number which automatically gets you in touch with your current representative. Called back to complain and give them one last shot to keep my business; was not able to talk to a manager or get the employee to get me transferred back. Called another Allstate representative in the area and took less than 7 minutes to transfer the policy back to Texas. Never going back to Mark Eddins Insurance.
