I'm having to sue Connect Insurance because they are refusing to reimburse/pay the rental car receipt after they said they would. I incurred a $1500 rental car bill because their client caused an accident and destroyed my vehicle. The claims agents at Connect Insurance YELLED at me over the phone because they felt like it was too high. It took the body shop a month to fix my vehicle because some of the parts were back ordered. Connect is a sleazy, shady company that forces people to take them to court.
