I recently had one of their policyholder pull out in front of me whilst she ran the red light and they were saying i ran the red light they will spin their own story about what you went through they base denial on opinion amd only rely on the facts given by the policyholder dealing with them directly is just a Complete waste if time worst insurance experiance i have dealt with I DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER DEALING WITH THIS INSURANCE!!! I would rather be uninsured and do jail time than to deal with these ppl again. I filed a claim because a person driving a car under their policy hit my parked vehicle, they would not cover the damage. The worst part of all this is every time I called they always said they would call me back and they wouldn't even after I left messages. After the claim was denied, the agent said she would send me the final denial letter to give to my INSURANCE, never did and I ended up having to call back once again. This entire process took a total of 6 months. STAY AWAY FROM THIS INSURANCE!!!

This is the worst insurance company in the US (also goes by Gainsco). Their customer service sucks, none of their representatives will call you back because it is "your" responsibility to follow up with them because they are too busy to give you personalized attention. Oh but then the representative tells you how many customer service awards he has won. You better hope and pray you never get hit by one of their insured as my wife did or your life will be miserable trying work with them for the next month, yes I said an entire month, to settle a claim that they knew was totaled after the first week. STAY AWAY, pay extra and get a company that gives a crap about their service like Allstate or Progressive.
