PLEASE READ! They will only replace "cash value" which literally means they will go find the cheapest "like" vehicle on the market and then make deductions on already the cheapest priced vehicle available to replace your vehicle and that's what they pay. Once you settle on a ridiculously low amount, it takes them forever to pay.
Accident happened on June 8th 2017.
Safeway sent a letter of guarantee, saying they would pay the claim on June 26th 2017. As of August 23rd 2017, still not payment sent.

THIS IS THE MOST HORRIBLE INSURANCE COMPANY ANYONE CAN GO AND GET. I HATE THE PEOPLE THERE. LIZ SUPPOSED TO BE A MANAGER AND ADA AND ALSO KAREN ARE ALL HORRIBLE. THEY ARE RUDE AND HATE TO HELP ANYONE IN NEED. I ADVISE ANYONE TO NOT GIVE THEIR MONEY OR TIME OR CONVERSATION TO ANY ONE OF THESE PEOPLE AT THIS COMPANY. ALL I NEED IS A PIECE OF PAPER I HAVE BEEN TRYING TO GET FOR 8 MONTHS THEY FINALLY SENT IT WITH THE WRONG DATE ON IT. STILL WAITING FOR A CORRECT DATE. THEY ARE LIARS AND PUT NO PHONE CALLS MADE INTO THEIR SYSTEM THEY CALL ME A LIAR SAYING I DID NOT NOT CALL WHEN I HAD BEEN EVERYDAY AND NO RESULTS. I HATE HATE HATE HATE THEM. THANKS

Horrible horrible experience!!!!!! Manger Nikki is very rude!!!!!!!!! I would NOT recommend anyone !!!!!

i made a mastake changing to them thay have done nothing but try to drop my ins olny hade them for less than week and all ready got 3 letter stating there going to drop coverage on my truck and there nothing wrong with the truck think there a scam

Horrible Horrible Experience!!! Someone ran into our parked car and the insurance claim was with Safeway insurance. We dealt with Lowell there and he was horrible to work with, the entire company has been very unhelpful from the beginning, then they never allowed us to get an estimate for repairs, then just mailed us a check without any notice, showed up one day, barely enough to cover the repairs. But the worst part was that the check was made out to the lienholder and we had no way to cash it. When we called them they were rude and told us there was nothing they could do. It's still not resolved and we had to pay for the repairs out of our pockets.
