The service was horrible. The waiter dropped the paper menu on the floor, picked it up and gave it to my daughter. He had a hand full. He short changed my table on summer menus and came again and shorted my table on regular menus.....holding a handful. Served me the wrong steak, by then I did not care to send it back. The waiters stopped serving our alcohol drinks, my brother in law had to pick up those duties. We had multiple waiters so it was not just one person goofing up. One took a drink glass to fill and never came back. They never brought my desert...I had to beg for it. My daughter's picked up the tab for my family of 5. I told my wife to give my daughter's there money back, I did not want them paying for something that made feel horrible. I do not want to associate their gift to me with that experience. Oh and don't forget the mandatory 18%. I had such hopes for this place based on recommendations....so much for that! As we left, there were many menus on the ground in the patio area! Just to be clear the represents a birthday setup created by my sister-in-law, not the restaurant!

Not sure what happened here, but arrived during around 4 pm on a Sunday. Very light load. Took 10 minutes to get acknowledged. Then another 5 minutes to get seated. No biggy until this point. After ordering food (beef stroganoff) and receiving cold, politely asked to be reheated. Was brought out another dish....cold. Not sure what happened here, but not coming back. Seems like management has fallen off.

Service was slow for it to be pretty empty. The patio door was open, which was fine, it complemented the atmosphere. However, there was this one pesky fruit fly that decided to share our table the entire meal. It happens, I understand that, not a big deal really. Me being me I went to swat at it and knocked over my brand new $11.50 drink. When our waitress eventually noticed and came to help clean it up, I half-jokingly explained to her that I was swatting at the knat-thing when I hit the cup. She giggled and asked if I wanted another. I was hoping not to be charged for the first one, since it was still full, but I was. It was a little disappointing and if I had asked they more than likely would have removed it. Food was delicious, though. It was my first time at the grille and I would still give it another try. We all have bad days.

May be it was just us but this place was just not as good as expected for what's supposed to be a higher end restaurant. We went on a relatively slow weekday.
We ordered two steaks, one medium, one medium rare and they BOTH came out well well done! So the second time around they were rare! After lengthy attempts to fix they came close and we ate. Desert took forever with one of our waiters saying "I'm not sure why it's taking so long back there". My bread pudding was luke warm on the edges and refrigerator cold in the center. The cake my significant other ordered tasted bland and semi stale. It was really bad for our expectations. Oh and they never brought us bread. Pretty sure that was supposed to come with or before our salad. Also, they must not be that busy. 96 degrees when we were there and the upstairs patio still had the propane heaters out at the tables like they were ready for a cold snap? Big disappointment for our expectations.
