I like Hibiscus. Good place. The dishes are nice and the servers have always been professionals. The ambiance is also nice. Pricey but worth it.

Wonderful experience. Dined at the bar. Ben and Danny provided excellent service and happily let me order an obscure custom cocktail. Had the pork short ribs and Bibb salad, loved both. Spend your hard earned money here and enjoy the awesome ambiance, experience and service.

The food is pretty darn good, but, more importantly, the staff were all incredibly friendly and professional. I am so tired of going to restaurants where the staff run you over or act like you're in the way as you make your way to the restroom, but here they practically jumped out of the way to make a path. This is easily the most courteous restaurant I've been to in Dallas.
Also, they know how to cook a steak to a perfect medium rare, and the house salad (I think is what it's called) was the best salad I've ever had. I only wish the deserts were a little more... conventional.
